Join the Charcuterie Collective team for a live workshop on creating your own perfect charcuterie board! You will learn the basics of cheese selection, cutting techniques, and design ideas for a variety of meats, cheeses and grazing tables. You will be guided step by step as you create your own 8" charcuterie plate that serves 2 to take home and enjoy. You will also leave with the knowledge and confidence to create your own charcuterie board!  We will also have tastings and pairing suggestions for some of our favorite items for you to try while you build your board!
